Spoilers: Up to Get it Done then my own twist of Faith coming back.

Author's Notes: Realize this is a bit of a stretch, but damn wouldn't I like to see it! Also extra thanks to "Faith" for letting me borrow a concept she came up with...and Vikki for help with editing.

Summary: Faith is back from jail and finds herself in a compromising position with the Potential.

Kennedy punched the bag aggressively. Everything was frustrating to her these days. Buffy acting all commando high and mighty, and things with Willow were going. Well, since she'd used Kennedy's power for the portal spell thing it had been a little bit strained between them. Kennedy felt violated and hurt, but all Willow seemed to be saying was "I told you so." *thud* the punching bag went flying off the hook it was hanging on.

"Frustrated much?" a silky voice called from the stairs. It wasn't a voice Kennedy recognized. She spun around to the see a brunette wearing leather pants and a tight shirt.

"Who the hell are you?" Kennedy asked crossing her arms over her chest.

"What are you doing down here? I told you to stay away from them until I said so" Buffy was also coming down the stairs looking pissed.

"I'm Faith," the dark haired girl said with a smirk, ignoring Buffy.

"The other Slayer" Buffy explained. Kennedy was confused.

"The other Slayer? I thought there was only one" she asked Buffy.

"Kennedy come upstairs. We're having a meeting. I'll explain." Buffy grabbed Faith's hand and dragged her back upstairs.

The meeting did not go well. Xander and Willow arrived half way through it and neither was pleased to see the other Slayer. Buffy started to explain who Faith was, how there had gotten to be two Slayers but was constantly interrupted by questions, slanderous allegations and insults. Eventually she called the meeting to an end by splitting up everyone up into "teams" for training the next day.

"So where am I sleeping?" asked Faith later when everyone was heading off to attempt to sleep.

"Oh. I didn't think of that. Maybe in Willow's room with her and Kennedy. It's the emptiest" Buffy suggested.

"No!" Willow piped up from the stairs. "I am not sleeping in the same room as her. I might wake up dead. Or you know... not wake up if I'm dead."

"Will, where else is she going to sleep? There's girls everywhere here!" Buffy was getting angry. She just wanted to sleep.

"If she's sleeping up there I'm sleeping down here" the witch said firmly.

"Kennedy? Where are you sleeping?" Buffy asked.

"Where ever. So long as there's sleep involved," she said defiantly. She knew Willow would not be pleased if she wound up bunking with Faith.

"Are you sure that's safe?" Willow asked.

"Are you people retarded? I'm not going to kill anyone," Faith said nastily.

"Fine. Kennedy, Faith Willow's room. Willow, where ever you want" Buffy stormed off upstairs. Faith followed.

Willow looked at Kennedy with concern. "I don't think you should bunk with her. Seriously she tried to kill… well everyone."

"I can handle it. Besides, Buffy wouldn't be letting her stay here if she was a threat right?" Kennedy was still angry about the spell Willow had done a few days ago.

"Who knows what Buffy is thinking these days?" Willow said but Kennedy has already turned to walk up the stairs. She went into the room she had been sharing with Willow. Faith was lying on the bed. The sleeping bag was still lying spread out on the floor, although Willow hadn't slept there for a week or so now.

"I guess you've claimed the bed huh?" Kennedy said a little bit nervously. Now she was alone with the other slayer she didn't know what to say. It hadn't failed to escape her attention that Faith was kinda hot.

"I don't care. Sleep where you want. Anything beats sleeping in jail." Faith said quietly. Kennedy perched anxiously on the edge of the bed. Faith seemed like she had an attitude but she could sense there was something else there. Like a vulnerability she wanted to keep hidden behind a smart mouth and a bad attitude.

"Fine. The floor is as uncomfortable as hell. So if you have no issue sharing..." Kennedy trailed off.

"I said whatever" Faith put her hands behind her head. "Which one are you again? All you damn wannabe's look the same." This riled Kennedy a bit. Wannabe? Bitch. She'd show her who was a wannabe at training tomorrow.

"Kennedy" she said through clenched teeth. "My name is Kennedy."

"Right. I'll try to remember" the slayer grinned mischievously. "The frustrated one right?"

"What are you talking about?"

"When you knocked out the punching bag" Faith winked at her. "That was nice. Violent. Nothing like the real thing though. Itching to get out and kill some bad guys myself. Didn't get to do much patrolling in jail."

"It's pretty cool" Kennedy relaxed a bit. She got the feeling the Slayer was testing her, see how much attitude she'd take. Maybe looking for a fight. She wasn't sure. "I staked one a few weeks back."

"What? B let you guys lose on a vamp? Must've been hard for her to step out of the limelight for a moment."

"I don't know. It was a set up training exercise type deal. Her and Spike were right outside the crypt. I guess we did okay. It was just lucky that I was the one that got to stake it."

"It's a rush huh?" Faith became more animated. "Slaying is awesome. Makes you feel alive. Makes you feel hungry. Makes you feel.." she broke off and grinned. "Maybe I shouldn't go there. You're what 15?"

"19" Kennedy corrected her. "And I know where you're going with that."

"Aren't the rest of them like.. young?" Faith asked. Maybe Buffy hadn't filled her in quite so well.

"I'm older than the rest. I was also the only one with a watcher" she stopped abruptly, remembering what the Bringers had done to her watcher.

"Hey" Faith said noticing the sudden change in the Potential. "What happened to your watcher?"

"Ripped apart. Right in front of me. It was…"

"Beyond horrible?" Faith knew the feeling. Kaskistos had splayed her own watcher around the room like a paint-by-number all those years ago.

"Yeah." Kennedy was like stone, lost in flashbacks of horrible images.

"I know. Mine too" Faith told her. She recalled when she had first come to Sunnydale how messed up she was. Wanting only to get every vampire she came across until Kaskistos tracked her there. She froze when she faced Kaskistos until he started to threaten Buffy and then she found the strength to deal and kill. She became aware that she had spaced and Kennedy was talking to her. She tried to focus but getting all emotional and understanding was not her style.

"… Oops. Going all rambley isn't really my style. Ignore me." Kennedy looked a little ashamed of herself when she realized Faith wasn't really listening. "I'm gonna kill the light. Get some sleep. Or try to anyway."

"Yeah. Good idea." Faith muttered, still distracted with thoughts of the past.

Kennedy turned out the light and quickly got into something more suitable to sleep in. She wasn't sure if Faith was watching her change. Some part of her hoped so.

The next morning all the SiT's, Buffy and Faith were gathered in the backyard. Faith was playing with the weapons while Buffy was giving them all a lecture about how they needed to focus, they didn't have Slayer strength just potential but they could use their potential to help defeat the First. None of the Potentials were paying any attention to Buffy, they were all intrigued by Faith, especially when she started picking up a bunch of knives and throwing them at a tree. After about the third thud Buffy turned around.

"Will you stop that? I'm trying to teach here and you're showing off in the background and distracting everyone. Not helping!"

"What B? Chill. I'm bored. You asked me to help remember? I would've been just as happy going out on my own" Faith said.

"I busted you out of jail to help. If you weren't here you'd still be in jail" Buffy said angrily, then stopped remembering all the girls who were sitting, watching the two Slayer pick at each other. Buffy just left it and split the potential into two groups.

Faith watched the Potentials sparring with each other. It was easy to see that Kennedy was the only one with any decent training. She was stronger, faster and could easily gain the upper hand over whoever the opponent was. Faith decided to have some fun.

"Alright everyone stop. Sit. Kennedy, not you. You're going to fight me" Faith said with a grin. "Everyone else watch and take notes. Or whatever."

"No way" Kennedy said with a grin as big as Faith's. "I can't beat you."

"No. You can't. But no one else is even challenging you" Faith pointed out circling Kennedy. They circled each other for a few moments before Kennedy took a swing at Faith's head. Faith easily blocked it, twisted Kennedy's arm behind her back and grabbed her in a headlock. "See? I knew you couldn't beat-" her speech was cut off as Kennedy leaned over and flipped Faith onto the ground.

"What was that?" Kennedy asked with a huge grin. Faith rolled and swept Kennedy's legs out from under her and jumped onto her pinning her to ground. Some of the Potentials in Buffy's group had stopped what they were doing and were watching Kennedy and Faith, which got Buffy's attention. She turned around in time to see Kennedy wrap her legs around Faith's head and send her flying across the yard. Faith sprung back to feet and was circling Kennedy again. Buffy sighed angrily.

"Faith! What are you doing?" she demanded to know.

"I was just…"

"Trying to seriously injury someone?"

"It's okay Buffy. It's kinda fun," Kennedy interjected.

"No it's not okay. She wasn't playing for fun" Buffy was really mad.

"B, I wasn't going to hurt her. I was holding back" Faith tried to explain.

"I don't want to hear it. Go inside Faith" Buffy pointed to the house.

"What?! Screw this" she stuck her finger up at Buffy and stormed off into the house.

"She was just.." Kennedy began but Buffy stopped her.

"You can go inside too. Everyone else stop standing around and get back to work."

Kennedy glared at Buffy and trudged back into the house.

Later that night both Kennedy and Faith were sulking at opposite ends of the house for their own reasons. Kennedy was still mad at Buffy for yelling at her earlier and then refusing to let her go out patrolling with her, Spike, Willow and Xander. Willow had then agreed with Buffy that it wouldn't be safe, with the Bringers after all the Potentials. Faith was fuming because Buffy had made her stay to baby-sit the Potentials when all she wanted to do was go out patrolling and kick some ass. She kicked the makeshift "vampire" Buffy had set up as a training exercise for the Potentials and had to stifle a laugh as the head went flying up the stairs.

"Ouch" Kennedy had been walking down the stairs and the head of the dummy hit her in the knee.

"Sorry. It was kind of funny though" Faith was still trying not to laugh.

"It's designed for those of us without slayer strength" Kennedy pointed out tossing the head back to Faith who carefully replaced it on the spike.

"Bet you could take out the head" Faith challenged her.

"Doubt it" Kennedy began strapping up her hands.

"Come on. You did alright this morning until B stepped in and ruined everyone's fun" Faith encouraged her. Kennedy ignoring Faith and began laying into the punching bag.

"What is your deal?" Faith asked somewhat annoyed. She was pissed at Buffy too but she was trying not take it out on anyone else.

"Nothing that's any of your business" Kennedy grunted between blows.

"Let me guess: Buffy wouldn't let you go patrolling because there's big bad eyeless guys after you and you can't get any because you're worried Red is going to go all black eyed and veiny and suck out your energy right? Anya filled me in a little. That girl does not mind saying things that shouldn't be said does she?" Faith grabbed the punching bag.

"Maybe" Kennedy breathed out and relaxed a little bit. "I really wanted to go patrolling."

"Know the feeling. All I've wanted to do since I got out of jail was do some slaying." Faith leaned against the punching bag.

"All you've wanted to do?" Kennedy smirked. "I doubt it that's all you want to do."

"What the hell are you talking about?" Faith asked staring at the Potential.

"So getting laid hasn't even crossed your mind once?" Kennedy teased, smiling a little bit flirtatiously. Willow was being weird and this cute chick was being nice, so why not flirt a little bit. It's not like it meant anything.

"Maybe once. An hour" Faith grinned too. A bit flirtatiously. She'd always flirted with anyone that invited it. Kennedy was certainly inviting it.

"More like a minute" Kennedy muttered grinning to herself. Faith glared at her, the smile immediately gone from her face.

"What the hell did you say?" she advanced on Kennedy. Kennedy was confused. She didn't think it was mean what she'd said and they were kind of being smart asses to each other. Next thing Faith her bailed up against a wall in a choke hold. Kennedy could hardly breathe. 'This chick really is psycho', Kennedy thought to herself as she kicked Faith in the stomach. Hard. Faith dropped her immediately but was back on her feet before Kennedy was and advancing towards her again.

"Hey… wait" Kennedy put her hand up towards Faith as she stood up. It occurred to her Faith may not have heard what she'd said at all and thought it was something bad. "I just said… more like a minute. Like you know.. what we were talking about before."

Faith felt bad all of the sudden. She'd just nearly killed the kid for shooting her mouth off, which was something Faith was a master at.

"Right. I must've heard something else" Faith said sheepishly. 'I'm sorry', she thought but didn't say.

"It's okay" Kennedy said a little bit warily. "Just don't kill me."

"That was one hell of a kick" Faith rubbed her stomach. Kennedy couldn't help but be a little bit interested in the Slayer's hand knocking the shirt out of the way as she rubbed it. Faith noticed her interest and grinned mischievously before "accidentally" lifting her shirt a little higher.

"Is it okay?" Kennedy asked, her eyes never really leaving the exposed flesh of Faith's stomach.

"I don't know. Maybe you should check it" Faith was totally faking it. She's barely felt the kick and certainly wasn't feeling it now but it had been so long since someone had looked at her with such concern. Kennedy took a step closer to Faith a put her hand tentatively on the Slayer's stomach. It was very warm and soft, but she could feel the muscles underneath the skin as Faith breathed.

"Looks okay" Kennedy said quietly, reluctantly removing her hand. "My neck is another story though" she rubbed her throat where Faith had had her in a choke hold. It didn't hurt much, she just wanted to see what Faith would do. She looked momentarily guilty and then leaned in to have a look.

"There's was a red mark on either side where my fingers dug into your skin. Not much else that I can see" Faith reported to Kennedy, who's skin was covered in goosebumps from Faith's breath gently caressing her neck as she spoke. "Wait…"

"What?" Kennedy asked as Faith looked a little closer at her neck.

"I think one of my nails cut you a little" Faith ran a finger over the small wound carefully.

"No big deal" Kennedy fought back a shiver. She was too scared to look at Faith in case the Slayer noticed that she'd suddenly become really turned on in the last few moments.

"Guess not" Faith stepped back. "Although you sound like you're having trouble breathing."

"No… no trouble. I'm fine" Kennedy said very quickly. "I should probably leave you… down here…" She looked at Faith and swallowed hard. Faith was staring at her with a slight grin. Faith stepped forward.

"Down here?" she breathed in Kennedy's ear, her hand snaking between Kennedy's thighs. Kennedy exhaled loudly, unaware that she'd been holding her breath. "It's been a really frustrating week hasn't it?"

"I've had better" Kennedy was having trouble focusing on conversation with the Slayer's hand dancing patterns up and down her thigh but never actually touching the one place she was beginning to wish she would.

"That's what you think," Faith wrapped her hand around Kennedy's head and kissed her hard. Faith wasn't surprised. She knew that sooner or later her sexual frustration was going to get the better of her and she'd had an inkling it would probably be with the Potential who seemed so interested in her. What did surprise her was the way this girl kissed with a certain hurried urgency. Kennedy's hands slid up Faith's legs and Faith groaned appreciatively. Her body was so warm it felt like the heat from inside was boiling over into the surrounding air. Faith was lost in Kennedy's kiss, wanting only for as much of her body to be touching the Potential's as possible. She pressed Kennedy into the wall and leant the whole front of her body against Kennedy's. They were both breathing heavily, devouring each other, enjoying the taste of each other. Kennedy slid her hands onto Faith's butt and tried to pull her closer still. Faith was really getting into in, kissing Kennedy like there was no tomorrow. Which—well who knew? It was this thought that Kennedy focused on when any nagging thoughts of Willow entered her mind. Faith moaned a little and then all but threw Kennedy onto one of the crash mats in the corner and pounced on her, straddling her hips. Kennedy started to fidget with the tape on her hands, which Faith noticed and ripped it off without a second thought.

"Slayer strength has its advantages huh?" Kennedy commented.

"You haven't seen anything yet" Faith lifted up Kennedy's shirt and licked slowly down the Potential's stomach. Kennedy shivered in anticipation and decided it was time to take charge. She flipped Faith over, slipped the Slayer's shirt over her head and climbed onto her and began sucking on her nipple. Faith's back arched as the Potential began to nibble softly at her nipple and she groaned again. Kennedy was using all her strength to pin the Slayer to the mat but it wasn't even and soon Faith had flipped her back over and was ripping off Kennedy's shirt. She nipped at Kennedy's neck and Kennedy could barely contain herself. She started pawing at Faith's pants, trying to get the buttons undone hastily but unsuccessfully. Faith yanked them open, ignoring one going flying across the room and Kennedy eagerly explored the new flesh with her mouth, pulling gently at the top of Faith's underwear with her teeth while Faith ran her hands through the Potential's hair roughly. Kennedy seized the moment to flip Faith back over and take her pants off in one motion.

"That was…smooth" Faith laughed but her laughter quickly turned to a gasp as Kennedy's head dipped between her thighs and her teeth pulled at the crotch of her underwear. She clawed at the Slayer's underwear and then ripped it off. Faith grunted and squirmed as Kennedy's tongue danced between her thighs. This was very wrong she knew that but it was so what she needed after all that time in jail and then a less than welcome reception back in Sunnydale. She knew Kennedy was supposed to be reserved for Willow but right now if didn't matter. Nothing mattered except the pressure building in the pit of her stomach. Kennedy was trying very hard to block thoughts of Willow. More specifically thoughts of how she'd rather be doing this to Willow. Everything was just so confusing and she'd gotten caught in the moment with the Slayer. Now she was too far gone to stop. She had to admit that even though she felt guiltier every moment she stayed buried in Faith's thigh, she was enjoying herself immensely. Faith was unreserved. Her head was whipping from side to side. When Kennedy hit a spot that was particularly sensitive, Faith's hand would shoot down and push the Potential's head down hard. It was nice to be with someone who knew few boundaries and had no reserve. Suddenly Faith's thighs squeezed together tightly and for a moment Kennedy was sure the Slayer was going to break her neck. Instead she just shook from head to toe. For like three minutes solid.

Kennedy raised her head for some much needed air. Faith was lying on her back breathing hard.

"Well…" Kennedy was also breathing heavily. She started to stand up.

"Oh we're not done" Faith grinned and pounced on her pinning her back down to the mat. She roughly undid the drawstring on Kennedy's pants and stuck her hand inside. Kennedy couldn't control a moan that seemingly started in her toes. Faith kissed her, the taste of herself on the other girl's lips arousing her all over again.

"I really shouldn't be doing this" Kennedy tried to protest. Tried to push the Slayer off her. Her thoughts were really centred on Willow now and she knew she'd done the wrong thing. But somehow it didn't seem so bad if she didn't let Faith touch her.

"Probably not. I don't see you trying too hard to stop me" Faith smiled slyly. Shit, thought Kennedy. She was right. She'd tried to push Faith off her but not very hard. There was pressure and then pain. Like the worst possible wedgie ever.

"What the?" Kennedy squirmed uncomfortably. Faith held up Kennedy's destroyed underwear.

"It was bothering me" she shrugged and resumed her attack on Kennedy. As soon as Faith's hand made contact with Kennedy's clit the pain was a distant memory. As were anything thoughts of Willow. Faith was loving every second of this. Surprisingly when it came to sex, she was often more fond of giving than receiving. She relished being in control. Not to mention the surprising array of moans and groans coming from the Potential.

"You've obviously done this before" Kennedy managed to mumble.

"Well you didn't really think I'd go that long without some action? You take what you can get" Faith grabbed Kennedy's hand that was snaking up her thigh and pinned it above her head. "And so you know, I'm in charge now." This seemed to turn the younger girl on even more and seconds later she was in the throws of her own orgasm.

They both laid back on the crash mat. Kennedy was the first to sit up.

"You know this is a one-off right?" she asked Faith, beginning to gather up her clothes. "And you can't.. tell anyone."

"I know. I'm less than eager to meet a pissed off Red from what I've heard." Faith stretched out and stood up. "Totally our secret."

"Well.. I better go back upstairs" Kennedy was dressed again. "Um.. thanks."

"No problem. I should thanking you" Faith said. "Now go. I'm going to stay down here for a bit." Kennedy ran up the stairs and was gone. Faith went over and picked up the torn underwear the Potential had left behind. No harm in keeping a souvenir right?
